CHOOSE YOUR TUNING:

Standard ECU Tuning:

The Accessport V3 is the world's best selling, most flexible ECU and TCM upgrade solution for Ford. Unlock power hidden within the vehicle by replacing conservative factory settings with more aggressive calibrations. Upgrade forever with off-the-shelf (OTS) calibrations for most bolt-on modifications. It's the last engine management solution you'll ever need.

Optional - Add TCM Tuning:
This version of the Accessport includes the capability to flash the TCM which is the unit that controls the transmission. It includes various Off The Shelf transmission tunes which adjust shift points, shift firmness, skip shift behavior, and torque limits to fit your preferred driving style.

CHOOSE YOUR INTAKE:

No Aftermarket Intake. This will use your OEM cold air intake.

Optional - COBB Cold Air Intake:
The COBB Intake for the second generation Ford Raptor checks every box that enthusiasts expect from a high-quality bolt on upgrade. The factory piping from the air-box is replaced with dual 3" mandrel bent aluminum tubing to maximize airflow while custom silicone couplers ensure perfect OEM-like fitment.

Optional - COBB Redline Carbon Fiber Cold Air Intake:
All of the carbon fiber pieces in the Redline Carbon Fiber Intake System are constructed of a 3k tow in a 2x2 twill weave pattern with a gloss clear coat. Factory piping from the air-box is replaced with 3" tubing to maximize airflow. A bespoke carbon airbox lid replaces the factory piece and allows installation of our reusable dual-inlet, high flow filter offering 165% additional surface area over stock. Black 4-ply silicone couplers are held in place with black e-coated stainless steel clamps, offering a sleek look and OEM-quality installation.

CHOOSE YOUR INTERCOOLER: [Required for Stage 2]

Option  - Factory Location Intercooler [Black or Silver Finish]
This FMIC was designed in house with attention to detail lacking on other aftermarket offerings. Computational fluid dynamic analysis was used to create the smoothest end tank design which increases flow evenly and resulted in no areas of significant turbulence. The outlet port of the intercooler was also designed with a large chamfer to provide a smooth transition out of the intercooler into the throttle body tube to further reduce turbulence in the system.

For those planning additional modifications like water or methanol injection, this intercooler also has two flat sections into the casting. The top flat can easily be drilled and tapped to introduce a nozzle. The bottom flat can be used as a drain port.

This cast aluminum, TIG welded assembly offers a core that is 70% greater than the stock unit and offers 10% more cooling surface area. All while mating snugly to the OEM shutter shroud requiring absolutely no cutting, trimming, or permanent modification to the vehicle.

Option - FMIC Relocated Intercooler [Black or Silver Finish]
The COBB Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) for your F-150 Raptor is the easiest way to drastically improve power when coupled with tuning from the V3 Accessport. The much larger 24" wide x 14" tall x 3.5" thick core produces a significant volume increase compared to stock, resulting in minimal pressure drop despite the significant increase in size. Straight forward installation requires minor trimming on the back side of the grille and maintains the factory Adaptive Cruise Control bracket when using the stock bumper. Aftermarket relocation bracket is required for aftermarket bumpers.

WHY?

The Accessport is the world's best selling, most flexible, and easiest to use ECU upgrade solution for your Ford F-150 Raptor. Unlock power hidden within the vehicle by replacing conservative factory settings with more aggressive calibrations. Follow our staged upgrade path with pre-loaded Off The Shelf (OTS) maps or use custom mapping for any modification level. It's the last engine management solution you'll ever need.

Stage2 93 Oct. or 98 RON
Peak Gains: +23.53% HP / +20.93% TQ
Max Gains: +50.64% HP / +50.64% TQ

Generally speaking, 91 octane calibrations have a less aggressive ignition advance map to help compensate for lower octane fuel blends. The maps designed for 93 octane are the most aggressive. Peak Gains are measured as the absolute maximum value between the highest points of two plots. Max. Gains are measured as the maximum delta percentage between two plots. Results may vary. Power as tested on 2018 F-150 Raptor vehicles using these identical calibrations.

TCM Map Notes:

Simulated Stock: this is a stock transmission calibration from a ’19 Raptor; this is true even if the Accessport is installed to a ’17 or ’18 Raptor.

COBB OEM+: this map is intended to be a sporty but refined improvement on the stock transmission behavior.

  • Shift Points: skip-shifting in ‘Normal’ drive mode has been maintained; moderately increased shift points for sportier acceleration; more responsive downshift schedules; more anticipatory coastdown (off-power) shift schedules.
  • Shift Firmness: moderately increased shift firmness during high-power, high-RPM shifts in ‘Normal’ and ‘Sport’ drive modes.
  • Upshift Backout: upshift inhibit (zero APP gear-holding) in ‘Sport’ mode following high-power acceleration and throttle backout has been disabled. Stock behavior would inhibit upshift until pedal position is re-applied above ~10%.
  • Torque Limits: increased torque limits for more aggressive launches and acceleration.

COBB Sport: this map is intended to be a performance-first improvement on the stock transmission behavior.

  • Shift Points: skip-shifting in ‘Normal’ mode has been eliminated, except for light throttle 1-3 shifts for comfort; increased shift points for livelier acceleration; more responsive downshift schedules; more anticipatory coastdown (off-power) shift schedules.
  • Shift Firmness: increased shift firmness during moderate to high-power shifts in ‘Normal’ and ‘Sport’ drive modes.
  • Upshift Backout: upshift inhibit (zero APP gear-holding) in ‘Sport’ mode following high-power acceleration and throttle backout has been disabled. Stock behavior would inhibit upshift until pedal position is re-applied above ~10%.
  • Torque Limits: increased torque limits for more aggressive launches and acceleration.

FORD RAPTOR SPECIFIC FEATURES

AUTO START-STOP ADJUSTMENT: A common complaint with the Raptor was the bothersome auto start/stop setting. There was no easy way to turn it off and keep it off with subsequent key cycles. The Auto Start-Stop feature accomplishes just that! With this feature you can set enable/disable Auto Start-Stop and the setting will be retained even after the vehicle is turned off. To use this feature go to “Tune > “Adjustments > “Auto Start-Stop > and then select “1 if you want it to be enabled or “0 to disable. Click here for more.

FUEL PUMP CONTROL: You guessed it. This feature allows control of the in-tank fuel pump. This is especially useful if you want to drain the fuel tank to run different fuels, depressurize the fuel system to change injectors, or are needing to drain the fuel tank for any other reason. To use this feature (see Accessport steps below), with the engine running set the value to -1. This will turn off the fuel pump and the engine will shut down when fuel pressure reaches its lowest. You can then disconnect the fuel line and route it to a container. You can then key ON and set the value to 1 turning the fuel pump back on which would then drain your fuel tank. Click here for more.

DYNAMIC PEDAL CONTROL: This feature can be used to enhance or dull your accelerator pedal response. You can set this value from -5 to 10. Each reduction from 0 to -5 will decrease pedal response by 20%. This could be useful if you’re wanting to limit power or fuel consumption. Each increment from 0 to 10 will increase your pedal response by 10%. This will make the truck feel faster since the throttle will open more with less pedal input. Below is a graphical representation comparing throttle pedal input (x axis) with the amount the throttle body is opening (y axis) for each setting. Also shown is the pathway on the Accessport to adjust this setting. Click here for more.

VALET MODE: Valet Mode can be used to reduce maximum power output by limiting throttle to about 25%. A value of 1 will enable valet mode. A value of 0 will return to normal. This setting will be retained even through key cycles and does not require changing maps! Below shows how to adjust Valet Mode on the Accessport. Click here for more.
