DESCRIPTION

Simple ECU flashing with gauge package! The new in-cabin mountable Accessport V3 has a large, full color, higher resolution screen which allows you to monitor up to six parameters in real time. Fully customizable from the look (multiple bezel colors), layout (set up race, street, or dyno gauge clusters), and mounting options (choose from 1,000s of standard vehicle mounts). And what's looks without brains? More processing power, memory, and storage to flash faster while saving all of your maps and logs.

This version of the Accessport includes the capability to flash the TCM which is the unit that controls the transmission. It includes various Off The Shelf transmission tunes which adjust shift points, shift firmness, skip shift behavior, and torque limits to fit your preferred driving style.

The factory piping from the air-box is replaced with dual 3" mandrel bent aluminum tubing to maximize airflow while custom silicone couplers ensure perfect OEM-like fitment. The injection molded - fiber reinforced airbox lid incorporates a closed-cell foam gasket to seal the filter from mud, dirt, and debris. Powder coated tubing, composite material, and a COBB nameplate transform the engine bay to look as sharp as the iconic exterior.

Also, we combined the improved airbox design with a high flow, dual inlet, tapered-oval filter. With 165% more surface area over stock, the intake produces more air-flow and a more audible turbo sound when building boost at low RPM.

The COBB Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) for your F-150 is the easiest way to drastically improve power when coupled with tuning from the V3 Accessport. The much larger 24" wide x 14" tall x 3.5" thick core produces a significant volume increase compared to stock, resulting in minimal pressure drop despite the significant increase in size. Straight forward installation requires minor trimming on the back side of the grille and maintains the factory Adaptive Cruise Control bracket when using the stock bumper.

OPTIONS:

OPTION 1: Choose Cold Air Intake
The Stage 2 Kit is available with no intake, the standard COBB intake, or the COBB Redline Carbon Fiber Intake.

Redline Carbon Fiber Intake
All of the carbon fiber pieces in the intake system are constructed of a 3k tow in a 2x2 twill weave pattern with a gloss clear coat. Factory piping from the air-box is replaced with 3" tubing to maximize airflow. A bespoke carbon airbox lid replaces the factory piece and allows installation of our reusable dual-inlet, high flow filter offering 165% additional surface area over stock. Black 4-ply silicone couplers are held in place with black e-coated stainless steel clamps, offering a sleek look and OEM-quality installation.

OPTION 2: Choose Intercooler Finish (Black or Silver)
The COBB Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC) for your F-150 is available in either a raw silver finish or a powder coated black finish. Both options are the same price and performance is the same. For a sportier look and to make the intercooler more visible, choose the silver finish. For the stealthy sleeper approach, choose the black finish.

    TCM MAP NOTES:

Starting in 2020 the F150 combines the ECU and TCM into one unit, as such you'll flash one map that covers both the transmission and engine maps at the same time. For vehicles from 2017-2019 you'll manually select the map for the ECU and TCM individually as they are flashing separate units, if the Accessport has transmission tuning enabled.

Simulated Stock: this is a stock transmission calibration from a ’19-20 F150 Limited.

COBB OEM+: this map is intended to be a sporty but refined improvement on the stock transmission behavior.

    • Shift Points: skip-shifting in ‘Normal’ drive mode has been maintained; moderately increased shift points for sportier acceleration; more responsive downshift schedules; more anticipatory coastdown (off-power) shift schedules.

    • Shift Firmness: moderately increased shift firmness during high-power, high-RPM shifts in ‘Normal’ and ‘Sport’ drive modes.

    • Upshift Backout: upshift inhibit (zero APP gear-holding) in ‘Sport’ mode following high-power acceleration and throttle backout has been disabled. Stock behavior would inhibit upshift until pedal position is re-applied above ~10%.

    • Torque Limits: increased torque limits for more aggressive launches and acceleration.

COBB Sport: this map is intended to be a performance-first improvement on the stock transmission behavior.

    • Shift Points: skip-shifting in ‘Normal’ mode has been eliminated, except for light throttle 1-3 shifts for comfort; increased shift points for livelier acceleration; more responsive downshift schedules; more anticipatory coastdown (off-power) shift schedules.

    • Shift Firmness: increased shift firmness during moderate to high-power shifts in ‘Normal’ and ‘Sport’ drive modes.

    • Upshift Backout: upshift inhibit (zero APP gear-holding) in ‘Sport’ mode following high-power acceleration and throttle backout has been disabled. Stock behavior would inhibit upshift until pedal position is re-applied above ~10%.

    • Torque Limits: increased torque limits for more aggressive launches and acceleration.

      FORD F-150 SPECIFIC FEATURES

AUTO START-STOP ADJUSTMENT: A common complaint with the Raptor was the bothersome auto start/stop setting. There was no easy way to turn it off and keep it off with subsequent key cycles. The Auto Start-Stop feature accomplishes just that! With this feature you can set enable/disable Auto Start-Stop and the setting will be retained even after the vehicle is turned off. To use this feature go to “Tune > “Adjustments > “Auto Start-Stop > and then select “1 if you want it to be enabled or “0 to disable. Click here for more.

FUEL PUMP CONTROL: You guessed it. This feature allows control of the in-tank fuel pump. This is especially useful if you want to drain the fuel tank to run different fuels, depressurize the fuel system to change injectors, or are needing to drain the fuel tank for any other reason. To use this feature (see Accessport steps below), with the engine running set the value to -1. This will turn off the fuel pump and the engine will shut down when fuel pressure reaches its lowest. You can then disconnect the fuel line and route it to a container. You can then key ON and set the value to 1 turning the fuel pump back on which would then drain your fuel tank. Click here for more.

DYNAMIC PEDAL CONTROL: This feature can be used to enhance or dull your accelerator pedal response. You can set this value from -5 to 10. Each reduction from 0 to -5 will decrease pedal response by 20%. This could be useful if you’re wanting to limit power or fuel consumption. Each increment from 0 to 10 will increase your pedal response by 10%. This will make the truck feel faster since the throttle will open more with less pedal input. Below is a graphical representation comparing throttle pedal input (x axis) with the amount the throttle body is opening (y axis) for each setting. Also shown is the pathway on the Accessport to adjust this setting. Click here for more.

VALET MODE: Valet Mode can be used to reduce maximum power output by limiting throttle to about 25%. A value of 1 will enable valet mode. A value of 0 will return to normal. This setting will be retained even through key cycles and does not require changing maps! Below shows how to adjust Valet Mode on the Accessport. Click here for more.
