WHY?
The standard oiled filter for the COBB F-150 intake is a re-usable and oiled material. It works great for street and casual off-road use, but the oiled filter is not ideal for dry extended off-road driving. So this Dry Media option is an easy swappable replacement for those exact conditions.
Pro-Tip: Unlike the oiled filter, the dry media filter is not technically washable and re-usable. But it can be cleaned with compressed air to extend the usable life time as it collects dirt and debris.
NOTE - Only compatible with COBB Intake.
